Create your account
Register with your email, set a strong password and confirm the verification link. Two-factor authentication can be enabled immediately.

Complete identity verification
Upload a government-issued ID, take a live selfie and provide proof of address. Our compliance team reviews submissions and notifies you by email.

Build your order
Choose an asset and amount. We show the exchange rate, service fee, total fiat due and estimated crypto before you commit.

Enter your wallet address
We validate the address format against the selected network and ask you to confirm it. Delivery is irreversible, so accuracy matters.

Pay by e-Transfer or bank transfer
Your order page shows a unique order ID, the exact amount, the payment deadline and full payment instructions.

We verify your payment
A team member matches your payment against the order reference and marks it received. The order moves to review, then processing.

Crypto is delivered
We broadcast the transaction, record the TXID on your order and email you the confirmation. Status becomes Completed.
