Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts, and not resident in a sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction. You must pass identity verification before placing an order.

3. Services

Imperium Digital sells digital assets to you as principal. We are not an exchange, a custodian, an investment adviser or a broker acting on your behalf. We do not hold assets for customers.

4. Orders and pricing

• Quoted rates are indicative until you confirm an order.
• On confirmation the rate is locked for the duration of the payment deadline.
• If payment arrives after the deadline, the order expires and may be re-quoted or refunded.
• Service fees are disclosed before confirmation; network fees are passed through at cost.

5. Payment

Payment must originate from an account in your own verified name. Third-party payments are rejected and returned, less any bank charges.

6. Delivery

Assets are delivered to the wallet address you supply. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the address and network.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account, hold funds, or refuse an order where required by law or where we reasonably suspect illicit activity.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the service fee paid on the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for market losses, network outages, or losses caused by incorrect wallet details.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified by email and take effect on the date published.
